Skills and Experience
- Proven track record with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a luxury hotel or resort
- Caribbean experience
- All-inclusive experience an asset
- Deep understanding of luxury service standards, including meticulous attention to detail in maintaining guest rooms and public areas
- Experience in leading, training, and motivating a large housekeeping team to consistently deliver top-tier service
- Strong background in managing housekeeping budgets, controlling costs, and overseeing inventory of supplies and equipment
- Knowledge and experience in ensuring adherence to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation standards within a hospitality environment
