Tiger is partnered with a creative agency at the center of fashion, luxury, and technology. Together with our artists, we create unique brand universes, strategize 360, develop assets for social media, and build compelling cultural experiences for the world’s leading fashion and luxury brands. Offices in New York, London, and Paris. They are currently looking for an operations assistant to join their amazing team in the New York office. This position is mostly in office position.
Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for all vendors that the NY office uses.
- Support company operations by maintaining office systems and updating manuals.
- Craft correspondence and design filing systems
- Greet visitors and respond to telephone and email inquiries.
- Manage inventory of office assets.
- Implementing and following office policies (recycling, rotation, etc).
- Achieves financial objectives by tracking all expenditures, scheduling future, and analyzing variances from budget.
- Manage data collection to update metrics to achieve targets and track carbon emissions, reduce corporate costs, and eliminate errors.
- Track and implement sustainability initiatives: green offices, flights offset, and natural carbon partners.
- Work closely with the HR department to follow up office rotation, and staff holidays and help with onboarding and offboarding employees.
Qualifications & Competencies
- 2 – 3 years experience in a creative field i.e. architecture, fashion, marketing.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong numerical skills, financial acumen, and detail-oriented.
- Excel proficiency and generally, tech and IT savvy – capable of processing
- troubleshooting and working with our IT manager (remote) on fixing elementary IT
- that arise in the office.
- Familiar with Mac OS & Gmail
