Overview:
Lead the IT department for a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, reporting directly to the President/CEO. Oversee all IT operations, drive digital transformation, and align technology strategies with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT systems and infrastructure for all departments
- Lead digital transformation initiatives
- Develop and execute IT strategies
- Ensure regulatory compliance and data security
- Supervise IT team and manage vendor relationships
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 8-10 years of IT leadership experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Strong understanding of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical quality systems
- Expertise in various IT disciplines (Network, Security, Infrastructure, Manufacturing Systems)
- Experience in driving digital transformation
