Key Responsibilities:
- Ongoing Support: Provide expert-level support to clients using NetSuite, ensuring their systems run smoothly and efficiently.
- System Optimization: Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for system enhancements, improving processes and maximizing ROI.
- Custom Development: Utilize your SuiteScript and SuiteFlow expertise to develop custom solutions tailored to client needs.
- Upgrades and Integration: Manage system upgrades, patches, and integrations with third-party applications, ensuring seamless operation.
- Client Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance to align NetSuite capabilities with client business goals.
- Training and Documentation: Deliver user training sessions and create detailed documentation to empower clients and streamline operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 4+ years of experience working with NetSuite in a consulting or managed services capacity.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteTalk.
- Problem Solver: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues quickly and efficiently.
- Client-Focused: Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering outstanding service.
- Project Management: Experience in overseeing NetSuite implementation, optimization, or migration projects is a plus.
