Focus:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the service drive area
- Ensure timely, courteous, and efficient service for all customers
- Take full responsibility for customer satisfaction, completing additional tasks to create a memorable and positive customer experience
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, whether over the phone or in person, ensuring no customer is overlooked
