JOB SUMMARY FOR PRODUCT MANAGER:
- We are seeking a KOREAN BILINGUAL Product Manager for a team in Plano, TX.
- This role will be responsible for tracking the development and execution of prepaid and postpaid retail boxes, carrier-specific retail boxes, inbox collateral, localization, print production, and sample approval.
- Hybrid role: Mon - Thurs in office, Fridays from home
- Pay Range: $40-$46/hr
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PRODUCT MANAGER:
- Plan, organize, and manage multiple assignments and projects. Read and interpret marketing documents, review design files (PSD/Photoshop files), dielines, colors, and contracts (or related documents) based on corporate legal and marketing standards and philosophy.
- Responsible for creating and managing the overall project tracker for the PM Packaging team.
- The position will require a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, relationship building, project management, and organizational influence.
- This role will partner with team members and cross functional teams to manage mid and long term strategic project packaging roadmaps, tasks, report on plans and schedules, drive escalation and address resolution of issues, and manage mitigation plans for project risks.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the company.
- Must have ability to work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR PRODUCT MANAGER:
- BA/BS in marketing, project management, communications or related field; or equivalent experience required
- 3-5 years of experience
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR PRODUCT MANAGER:
- Prior experience in product marketing, print production, product management or project management is required.
- Great follow-up skills – looking for a MOTIVATED, ENGAGED, AND SELF-DRIVEN INDIVIDUAL that is highly organized, thinks creatively, and can drive their own processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Adobe, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be able to analyze, interpret, present, and explain mobile product and development materials.
