About the Position
We are looking for a Clinical Manager to join our team on-site at our Lane Service Center in Springfield, Oregon! The Clinical Manager will manage multiple of our Lane County programs simultaneously that includes Secure Residential Treatment, Non-Secure Residential Treatment serving individuals under the jurisdiction of Psychiatric Security Review Board, Residential Crisis Stabilization, and Supportive Housing. They will oversee programs’ clinical services and treatment provision within assigned region, supervise Residential Therapists and document supervision activities. The Clinical Manager may temporarily step into a Residential Therapist role in cases of vacancy or leave of absence and will maintain professional confidentiality of personnel, client and program information, and protect client confidentiality while in the community. The Clinical Manager must demonstrate competence in leadership, clinical expertise, clinical supervision of program staff and personnel management, program management, program staff performance assessment, use of data, reporting, program evaluation, quality assurance, and developing and coordinating community resources. Preference will be given to candidates that have managed and provided clinical leadership to multiple facilities and/or programs at once.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)
What You’ll Make
$7,500 - $9,166.66 per month DOE/Credentials.
Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).
About the Programs
River Bridge is a secure, co-ed, secure, 16-bed program serving adults living with a mental illness, some of whom are also under the jurisdiction of the Psychiatric Security Review Board (PSRB). River Bridge offers multiple therapeutic areas for residents, and a large, private backyard for recreational activities. Residents are screened for admission by the referring entity, the Oregon State Hospital, Lane County, the PSRB, and River Bridge staff for appropriate placement.
Clear Vue is a co-ed, 5-bed Residential Treatment Home that serves adults living with a mental illness, and who are under the jurisdiction of the Psychiatric Security Review Board (PSRB). Clear Vue has private bedrooms and partial baths for all residents, as well as common living space. Downstairs bedrooms and baths are fully ADA-accessible. Residents are screened for admission by the referring entity/state hospital, Lane County, the PSRB, and program staff for appropriate placement.
Cabana Apartments is a 21-unit complex, with 4 units dedicated to individuals living with a mental illness.
The Guest House Crisis Stabilization Center is 10-bed, short-term, crisis residential program serving adults experiencing a mental health crisis. The program offers individual private rooms for clients. The Guest House also offers community living spaces, a larger kitchen, and is conveniently located near PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center, University District, in Eugene.
ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. QMHP employees are also eligible to apply for the Oregon Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program.
What You’ll Need
- MUST have a Master’s degree in mental health field. Licensure as Oregon LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist strongly preferred.
- MUST have THREE (3) years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting. Minimum ONE (1) year of management/managerial experience is strongly preferred
- If licensed, the ability to provide licensure supervision is preferred
- Ability to have an understanding and awareness of diversity, equity and inclusion, and be able to assist with carrying out organizational goals in this area.
Successful applicants MUST have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers. It may require the ability to occasionally walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds.
