Our team is growing, and we’re searching for an SFDC Architect who is a creative problem-solver with their fingertips on the latest industry practices to help our clients achieve digital realization. You’ll join a group of industry veterans and digital natives, blending the power of tried-and-true methods with cutting-edge technologies. We prioritize authentic partnerships in a collaborative environment, and we’re excited to welcome an SFDC Architect eager to bring their expertise to our team.
Basic Qualifications
- 15+ years in designing, building, and implementing robust, scalable, maintainable, secure and lasting solutions (without introducing technical debt) on the Salesforce platform – Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud
- Analyze, propose, influence the best solutions (with long-term thinking in mind) and articulate the trade-offs involved in choosing one solution over another (i.e. ease of implementation, cost, skillset/training needs, support model)
- Review code and recommend coding standards and best practices, troubleshoots and resolves technical production and development issues
- Build proofs-of-concept (POCs)
- Understand, represent, prioritize, and manage expectations of the needs and requirements of clients and stakeholders
- Develop a product strategy and roadmap aligned to company’s strategic direction and business goals
- Oversee product development by ensuring each feature is developed according to the specifications, representing/translating product requirements to the Salesforce development team, managing the development (Agile) process, tracking progress through Jira, and providing feedback to the development team
- Lead the development, implementation, delivery, adoption, and optimization of the Salesforce platform, products (Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud), and solutions
- Manage the entire product life cycle (idea, development, roll out, continuous delivery), monitor and achieve KPIs of the products, maintain product roadmap and backlog, drive continuous improvements and value maximization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. IT, Client Services, Operations, Offer and Product Development, Marketing, Finance) to drive product excellence and deliver exceptional user experiences
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
