Essent Guaranty is in need of an Operations Specialist for a subsidiary of ours out of Coraopolis, PA.
The Operations Specialist with be responsible for the day-to-day communication with 3rd party title insurance vendors.
Qualifications for the Operations Specialist:
- 1-2 years of experience in an operation, customer service or vendor relationship role
- Customer service
- Strong communication
- Vendor management is a plus
- Title insurance industry experience is a plus
Responsibilities for the Operations Specialist:
- Ongoing vendor manager/vendor relationship
- Daily conversations and follow ups with title insurance vendors
