Primary Services is recruiting for a Human Resources Accounting Assistant to support a leading client in the professional services industry. In this role, you will help manage daily HR operations, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies and employment laws. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate new hire processes and maintain employee records.
- Assist with benefits enrollment and related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and assist with audits.
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Address employee inquiries and provide HR-related guidance.
- Organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Support various HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR support role or similar position.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with HRIS systems and benefits administration is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
