We are seeking dedicated IT Support Specialists to join our growing team. These roles will be
critical in supporting our internal and external customers, managing various IT systems, and
contributing to ongoing projects. The ideal candidates will have a strong customer service
orientation, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently on projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support to internal and external customers, both on-site and plant-based
- Manage and respond to tickets within the Jira ticketing system
- Assist with audio-visual support for meetings and presentations
- Contribute to ongoing IT projects, including system migrations and upgrades
- Perform user acceptance testing and define user stories for new systems and processes
- Support and troubleshoot issues related to O365, Google Workspace, and AWS environments
- Implement solutions to prevent recurring issues and improve overall system stability
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Experience with helpdesk support and ticketing systems (Jira preferred)
- Familiarity with O365 and Google Workspace applications
- Basic understanding of AWS services, including QuickSight and Power BI
- Ability to work independently on projects and manage time effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Jira administration and customization
- Knowledge of Confluence and ability to create and maintain documentation
- Familiarity with OpenBravo ERP system
- Experience with user acceptance testing and creating user stories
- Understanding of IT process improvement and implementation
