Job Title: Lead Hospitality Associate
Pay Rate: $25 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management (10%)
- Run daily setup worksheet reports, create weekly event sheets, and compile rooms usage reports.
- Capture and manage information related to IT, Facilities, Meeting Support, and Catering for events.
- Workplace Experience (WPX) - Day to Day (25%)
- Conduct continuous floor tours to ensure the space is in optimal appearance and condition.
- Address complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions promptly, ensuring quality assurance follow-up.
- Greet all guests with utmost courtesy, moving out from behind the front desk to open doors.
- Support guests and visitors in securing workspaces, verifying room occupancy, and reclaiming unused meeting space.
- Collaborate with the facility maintenance team to address any issues such as furniture stains, damaged carpet, or lighting problems.
- Workplace Experience (WPX) - Value Add (10%)
- Deliver a memorable customer experience with the highest level of responsiveness.
- Arrange for, suggest, recommend, book, and confirm services such as purchasing gifts, premium tickets, dry cleaning, and other errands.
- Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with clients and guests.
- Meeting Support (10%)
- Check with clients daily before their meetings to ensure all requirements are met.
- Provide real-time support for meetings, including verifying room requirements and coordinating with meeting organizers.
- Monitor meeting rooms for participant arrivals, ensuring rooms are prepared and utilized efficiently.
- Coordinate catering and meeting requirements with Executive Assistants and the Centralized Space Management Team.
- Reception Support (15%)
- Answer inquiries from visitors or employees and enter visitor lists into the building visitor system.
- Coordinate with the lobby desk for smooth visitor entry to the building.
- Answer and direct phone calls, assist with urgent requests, and log guests, issuing identification badges to maintain security.
- Communication (5%)
- Serve as an information liaison to the Manager and follow up with clients to ensure successful completion of tasks.
- People Management (5%)
- Lead a team, providing direction, accountability, and ownership of tasks and duties.
- Training (5%)
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on best practices and new technologies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Ability to understand client inquiries and provide effective responses.
- Team player with a positive attitude, capable of motivating peers and building relationships.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of client information.
