Title: Staff LPN Licensed Practical Nurse
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Long term care
Location: Carlisle, PA
Schedule: Full-time or part-time, flexible, with rotating weekends and holidays
Shifts offered:
-Full-time: 2PM-10:30PM, 4-5 shifts per week
-Part-time: 10PM-6:30AM, 2-3 shifts per week
Pay: Starts at $30.85/hour and goes up with experience, plus shift diff, and a full benefits package!
The LPN will be responsible for the following duties:
-Monitoring residents, including taking and recording vital signs, and accurately charting with an electronic medical record system. Reporting conditions.
-Administering medications and reporting reactions. Admitting, discharging, or transferring residents
-Supervising nursing assistants and helping the household to run smoothly.
-Ensuring that supplies, medications, and equipment are stocked and maintained so your team is ready for everything.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Graduate of an accredited nursing program
-Valid PA license as an LPN
-LTC experience preferred but not required, open to considering new grads!
