We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of complex programs and projects within our organization.
Job Summary: The Senior Program Manager will take a leadership role in ensuring the on-time, high-quality delivery of products throughout their entire application life cycle. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing complex programs and collaborating with various stakeholders to align business requirements with technical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Delivery: Lead and manage the entire application life cycle to ensure products are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with customer stakeholders, product vendors, architects, and business units to translate business requirements into actionable work items for development teams.
- Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to defined delivery processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance: Guarantee that all deliverables comply with established quality standards.
- Strategic Alignment: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of long-term business goals and ensure that project designs align with these objectives.
- Team Direction: Provide functional and technical guidance to the team as needed to facilitate successful project execution.
- Risk Management: Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify, manage, and resolve program risks in a timely manner.
- Program Management: Oversee the overall program plan, ensuring that all milestones and deliverables are achieved as scheduled.
- Reporting & Reviews: Create comprehensive program reports and conduct regular program reviews to track progress and address any issues.
- Consultation: Consult with management to define project requirements, boundaries, and priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Ecommerce Expertise: Strong understanding of the ecommerce ecosystem and its intricacies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in program management, with at least 6 years in a leadership role overseeing complex programs and projects.
