Leading financial services firm is seeking a SVP of Project Management who will oversee all technology-related projects, including system upgrades, conversions, and installations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of projects across the organization, with a focus on quality control and effective liaison with front, middle, and back office teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the Project Management team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for technology initiatives, aligning with the company's overall objectives.
- Drive the project management methodology, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all operations technology projects, including system upgrades, conversions, and installations.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison between project teams and front, middle, and back office departments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle, from initial planning through post-implementation support.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to guarantee the successful delivery of technology solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in project management within operations technology.
- Strong track record of managing large-scale technology projects, including system upgrades, conversions, and installations.
- Excellent understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
