Job Description:
The Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for management of technical projects within the Suspension Electronics Group (SEG) of Fox Factory Powered Vehicles. This critical position provides Project Management for electrical, mechanical, and software development activities, working in close coordination with internal engineering teams, business units and OEM customers. This position requires a person with significant, demonstrated technical background in all aspects of electronics products. Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills are required. Previous Project Management experience for multiple shipping products is a must-have.
Principle Accountabilities/Duties:
● Responsible for coordination and on-time delivery of all engineering project deliverables related to electronic suspension components for powered vehicle applications.
● Responsible for detailed level engineering schedules, resource requirements and status reporting for the engineering management functions.
● Develop and maintain project checklists and requirements in order to drive team execution and resource planning.
● Act as the main project interface for the electronics group by leading team standups, scrums and maintaining issue tracking boards.
● Provide the ‘glue’ that links sub teams, makes communications flow, and drives the definition of all inputs and outputs required to successfully execute electronics development projects.
● Coordinate engineering prototype builds, materials, and test readiness.

Position Qualifications:
Education:
● BS/MS in Software, Computer, Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
● Previous design contributor experience in one or more of the technical areas related to Automotive or electro-mechanical systems development.
● Experience as a Project Manager in full product development lifecycle projects from design inception to mass production.
● Fully capable with Agile Project Management tools and techniques for both timeline, issue tracking and resource management.
5+ years of experience in product development Experience in automotive, power sports, or related industry preferred.
