Role - Workday Procure to Pay Lead
Length of Assignment: 8-12 weeks, 40 hours per week

Position Overview:
Hale International is seeking a highly skilled Workday Procure to Pay Lead to support various AMS and implementation projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional configuration skills in P2P, have light reporting capabilities, and be certified in FINS as a minimum. This is a fully remote, contract role with an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support multiple projects, including AMS and Workday implementations, focusing on Procure to Pay processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document requirements, develop configuration strategies, and execute P2P solutions.
- Perform functional configuration and testing in Workday, ensuring optimal P2P process setup and operation.
- Provide guidance and expertise to the project team, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support end-users with P2P process-related queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions promptly.
- Develop light reporting within Workday to meet client requirements and support decision-making.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Workday P2P Functional Lead, with hands-on configuration skills.
- Certified in Workday Financials (FINS); additional certification in P2P is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of P2P processes, including procurement, invoicing, and supplier management.
- Ability to perform light reporting tasks in Workday.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to start immediately and commit to the full duration of the project.
