Qualifications:
- Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of supervisor or lead of class 8 truck repair experience.
- Proficient in using computer based diagnostic tools.
- Able to troubleshoot and repair all components of a truck with minimal supervision.
- Manage daily shop duties including scheduling of repairs, ordering and maintaining parts and supplies.
- Manage multiple mechanics
- Have own tools
- Be a self-starter
- Able to work flexible hours
