My client was established in 1918, and is a premier general contractor in the Southeastern US, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and quality in healthcare, industrial, commercial, and retail construction.

Qualifications:
Location: This position is for on-site construction supervision. Must be willing to travel to areas where projects are located. This role typically takes place within 200 miles of Columbia, SC.
Education and Experience: An Associate’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, along with 7-10 years of experience as a Superintendent.
Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of field supervision, quality control, scheduling, safety, and production in all phases of construction.
Licensing and Certifications: OSHA 30-Hour Construction Training preferred.
