Title: MULTI-MEDIA Designer
FULL-TIME
$31k-$50k salary – Depending on experience
We are seeking a talented Videographer Multimedia Designer to join the NRS Marketing team. You will work under the direction of the Senior Director of Creative Marketing Content to create video content that resonates with our audience segments. The ideal candidate will have a background in video production and creating promotional videos from start to finish to include filming, editing and creating transitions and motion graphics.
Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and develop multimedia content to include; promotional videos, product marketing, company commercials, internal company announcements, recruiting and training videos, social media content and other company projects for various platforms such as website, email, in-store digital signs and social media
- Gather behind-the-scenes content
- Ability to give, receive and apply constructive feedback
- Work closely with our marketing, design, and product teams to align video content with overall brand strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet the objectives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Maintain organized files and assets for efficient workflow
- Utilize software including Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and/or other video editing tools software to create high-quality video, and motion graphics
- Various other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to use a camera for video or photography
- 1-3 years producing and editing video content for promotional use. Must show video examples of previous work. (not looking for movie production, want to see mixed use of promotional video and motion graphics)
- Understanding of pre-production, production, and post-production in film processes
- Can create animated motion graphics for videos
- Multitasker who can work on several video projects at once
- Communicate effective messaging as it relates to video content
- You can work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, creative thinker with a sense of responsibility
- Interest in the rodeo industry and eagerness to learn more about the industry a plus
- Required Software experience: Premier Pro, After Effects and Photoshop
- Bachelor’s degree in video production/editing or relevant experience
