Job Title: Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Support
Location: Fresno, California
Experience Required: 5-10 years
Preferred Experience: Manufacturing industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist the sales team with order processing, tracking, and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using ERP and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and presentations as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer service efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in customer service or inside sales support, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems (experience with Microsoft Navision and Dynamics is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
