Senior Director, Data Science - Permanent - Biotech (Remote)
Proclinical is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Data Science to spearhead data-driven projects at a leading biotech!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and expand the data science team.
- Design machine learning models for analyzing biological data.
- Collaborate with various departments to align data initiatives.
- Implement scalable MLOps solutions.
- Work with multimodal datasets, such as flow cytometry and microscopy, to convert biological insights into practical strategies.
Qualifications:
- PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
- 8+ years of industry experience, & 5+ years leadership experience .
- Expertise in machine learning and computer vision applied to biological data.
- Strong knowledge of MLOps frameworks and cloud computing platforms like AWS.
Compensation: Salary: $250,000 - $280,000 plus package.
