Role: Network Operations Analyst
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Onsite)
Duration: 11+ months
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong technical understanding of core networking technologies, including routing and switching
- Perform hardware refresh and IOS code upgrades
- Working knowledge of network services availability, performance, and security is required. Intermediate level desktop computer software experience is necessary, including skills in Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of point of sale and payment systems is preferred.
- Working knowledge of commonly available tools, including, but not limited to, ARMT, Orion, NNMI and BSM is preferred.
- Deploy new devices in the data center as required
- Install, configure, support and maintain network service devices, telecommunications and LAN/WAN hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot basic network access issues and implements network security policies and procedures.
- Serve as escalation point to Tier 2 support groups
- Provide feedback to management and engineering teams
- Proactively monitor/analyze current device (including routers/switches/firewalls/load balancers)
- Handle day to day reactive incident and problem management for high impacting and critical issues related to network devices
- Coordinate the production of all market information including market profiles, matrices and risk products, ensuring accuracy and relevance for each line of business
- Source and draft market information working closely with local subcustodians and market infrastructure management
- Coordinate any information related initiatives provide back-up support for the Global Information Management team
