Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assessing patients and developing behavior intervention plans to support individuals with developmental disabilities.
Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments to evaluate behavior and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation and communication
- Provide patient care and support in implementing behavior intervention strategies
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Work closely with children and individuals with developmental disabilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Proficiency in patient assessment, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and documentation practices
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Ability to collect and analyze data effectively for treatment planning
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
