Title: Account Services Representative

Compensation:
$18.00/ Hour – 3-4 Years of Experience
$19.00/ Hour – 5-6 Years of Experience
$20.00/ Hour – 7 Years of Experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service via telephone and email to assigned Corporate Account customers, addressing issues like missed pick-ups, contract terms, pricing, and complaints.
- Support approximately 20-30 clients, depending on account size, and manage their needs efficiently.
- Implement contract changes, maintain customer contracts, and ensure billing systems are updated.
- Submit contractual changes to internal teams based on agreements on file, set up new accounts, adjust frequencies, and configure pricing increases.
- Manage time effectively and ensure attention to detail in all tasks and adhere to productivity metrics.
- Communicate effectively, both internally and with clients, while handling various personalities.
- Work in Excel-driven and revenue-based projects, understanding pricing, contracts, and data components.
- Experience in project-based, data-driven environments to ensure accurate billing for customers.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of expereince, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with experience in handling large datasets and using formulas.
- Strong customer service, communication, and analytical skills, particularly in a sales-facing role.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and work independently.
- Experience in customer service or project-based environments, understanding pricing, contracts, and data analysis.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule and ensure consistent productivity and quality of work.
- Able to work between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST with two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch.
