Qualifications
- Must be 21 Years or older and have CDL-A
- Must have 3+ months experience
- Bonus payouts subject to qualifications. Ask a recruiter for details
- Flex Fleet drivers must live within 250 miles of a U.S. Xpress terminal.
- Team drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles that ranges from 56 to 66 CPM depending on route and experience.
