Job Description: Sterling Integrator/ Sterling File Gateway Support Engineer
Hybrid Plano, TX
Required Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of SI/SFG, SSP and Connect:Direct
• SFG Support - able to troubleshoot issues related to SI/SFG
• Understand file transfer protocols SFTP, FTPS, Connect: Direct SSP and Connect: Direct working knowledge
• AWS (optional) - fundamental understanding of AWS, EC2, S3, ELB, NLB
Job Responsibilities:
• Support MFT solutions using SI/SFGF
• Troubleshoot file transfer failures in SI/SFG administration
• Partner setup for FTPS, SFTP, Connect:Direct and Aspera protocols
• Production support
• File transfer management
