Position Summary:
The LPN provides direct day-to-day care to patients and families of Conemaugh Miners Medical Center. The LPN practices to the fullest extent of his/her license in accordance with organizational policies. The LPN is under the direction of the Nurse Manager and functions as a member of the Patient Care Team to implement the patient’s plan of care. The LPN provides population specific care to meet the developmental needs of those patients served. He/she may need to travel to outlying areas in the Conemaugh Health System for required education.

High School Diploma or GED, Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program, Current PA LPN license, current CPR, completion of a Basic Dysrhythmia Course, ACLS and PALS certification within six (6) months of hire.EEOC Statement:
