TITLE: Project Manager (ERP & Technology Transformation)
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA (Vinings Area) (Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6 Months, with the Potential to Hire
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple high-impact initiatives, including the migration from a legacy homegrown ERP system to a modern ERP platform, the implementation of Salesforce CRM, and a cloud engineering transformation utilizing Azure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP projects, technology transformation, and the ability to effectively manage teams using various project management methodologies, including Scrum and other Agile frameworks.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end conversion of a homegrown legacy ERP system to a new ERP solution, ensuring smooth project execution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Manage a technology transformation project to implement Salesforce CRM, including requirements gathering, system integration, and stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee an Azure cloud engineering transformation, ensuring the successful migration of applications and data to the cloud.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and business analysts, to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Determine the most appropriate project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban) based on the project needs and team dynamics.
- Facilitate regular meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure project milestones are met and teams remain focused.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage project tasks, track progress, and provide comprehensive visibility into project status, capacity, and velocity.
- Ensure seamless communication between onshore and offshore teams, promoting collaboration and consistent delivery.
- Provide clear and actionable project status updates to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project risks, identify potential roadblocks, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Project Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience managing ERP implementation or migration projects, with a deep understanding of ERP systems.
- Expertise in both Agile and traditional project management methodologies, with the ability to adapt approaches based on project needs.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira and Confluence for tracking project progress and facilitating team communication.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60 to $78/hr dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
