Our client, a prestigious private equity firm is seeking an organized and efficient Office Administrative Coordinator to join their San Francisco team!. In this hands-on role, you will manage daily office operations for the company, ensuring that seamless and accurate support is provided across all levels of the organization. Your engaging demeanor and solid organizational skills with help you to be successful within this role.
**This is a hybrid role in San Francisco**
You Will
- Handle general office administration, including upkeep and security
- Liaise with property manager, IT, and external vendors
- Establish best practices and maintain updated office operations handbook
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, snacks, and equipment, ordering more as needed
- Oversee conference room schedule
- Distribute mail and packages as needed
- Coordinate international/domestic travel arrangements with thorough itineraries
- Oversee and manage all expenses and budgeting
- Handle inquiries quickly and proactively and identify process improvements to increase efficiency
- Handle Reception duties ensuring all guests are taken care of
- Streamline communications between executives, clients, etc.
- Prepare executives for board and team meetings, client presentations, and events
- Liaise with IT support on office needs
- Take on additional projects as requested
You Have
- 2-5+ years of experience providing executive support
- A Bachelor's degree
- Have excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-player mentality
- Highly detail oriented and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Have efficient technical skills and be able to adjust to new tasks quickly
- Extremely professional, discreet, and sensitive when it comes to confidential information
- Highly proficient technical skills: ability to adapt to new systems
Comp: $65 - 75k base + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
