SYSTEMTEC is seeking a HR Benefits Generalist for a 3-month contract to hire role who will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional support to employees and our HR partners in supported entities. This role requires a thorough understanding of benefits administration, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
Required Qualifications of the HR Benefits Generalist:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- Must be comfortable with hybrid ONSITE WORK IN COLUMBIA, SC.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR or accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
- General accounting knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities of the HR Benefits Generalist:

- Role will focus on the pension and retirement plan side.
WORK LOCATION: Hybrid in Columbia, SC. Requires on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Remote Monday and Friday.
