We are seeking a mid-level associate attorney to join our growing Business Litigation practice group. The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of commercial litigation experience (including significant motion and trial experience). Applicants must possess superior written and oral advocacy skills, demonstrated leadership, a strong academic pedigree, and commitment to exceptional client service. Construction litigation experience and strong ties to the Valley are preferred. Candidates must be active members of, and in good standing with, the State Bar of Arizona.
