Job Details:
Receiving member at assigned teller station, determining nature of member business and processing appropriate transactions.
Provide general information about credit union products and services
Process member transactions
Answer general questions
Receiving and verifying sufficient cash from supervisor to handle daily distributions.
Balance cash receipts and prepare daily work summary envelopes
Maintain legible and accurate records of all transactions
Input information into computer terminal
Know and understand all credit union products and services
Qualifications:
One year minimum experience in a financial institution or credit union
Symitar experience preferred
Basic math and 10 Key skills
Excellent customer service and sales skills
