We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee day-to-day management of all construction projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling budgeting and scheduling, and ensuring safety and quality standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects from start to finish.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Oversee site personnel, subcontractors, and project compliance.
- Handle project documentation, budgeting, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of construction project management experience.
- Strong skills in project management, financials, and communication.
- Preferred: OSHA certifications, multi-family or hotel construction experience, bilingual in English and Spanish.
Preferred education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
Travel: The Project manager will be required to travel as the workload demands. Some out-of-area and overnight travel should be expected.
