OVERVIEW
The Quality Manager will lead the development, implementation, and management of the manufacturing process and quality management systems to facilitate continuous production with the standards of International and national specifications fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
JOB DUTIES:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve customer and internal quality issues and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and product integrity.
- Provide leadership and guidance to inspection and testing teams to maintain high productivity and technical integrity. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Utilize statistical data and product specifications to establish quality standards and reliability expectations for finished products. Analyze trends and deviations to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Offer technical and statistical expertise to teams, supporting problem-solving efforts and facilitating data-driven decision-making processes.
- Formulate, document, and maintain quality control standards and objectives. Develop and implement inspection criteria and procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
- Supervise workers engaged in inspection and testing activities, providing guidance and support to maintain high productivity and technical integrity within the team.
- Maintain an active role in safety initiatives, continuous improvement programs, and research and development efforts.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and performance excellence, demonstrating strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to drive organizational success.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, and the noise level in the work environment can be loud.
TRAVEL
- Occasionally. National and International destinations.
EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent
- Master's degree will be a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience, including supervisory/management experience.
- Strong knowledge of tools, concepts, and QA methodologies, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Bilingual.
- Steel Manufacturing: 3 years minimum (Required)
