Job Description
We are looking for a technology program manager level 2/3 with portfolio management experience to lead/coordinate the Client Personal Finance project portfolio. The PM needs to be highly engaged in the work to establish relationships and align with the KPF business, KTD Product and other KTD stakeholders to develop project roadmap, remove barriers and think out of the box to drive alignment and delivery efficiencies within the overall program. In addition, this resource will be expected to be hands on to fill project management gaps. This resource will work with two other KPF contractor project managers on the overall KTD portfolio delivery and serve as an issue escalation point. The is the potential that this resource serve in the same capacity for another line of business project portfolio.

Excellent MS Office toolset skills.
3rd-party vendor management experience a plus.
Proven track record of schedule development and delivering objectives on time and within budget against that schedule.
Agile and waterfall project experience.
Ability to anticipate and manage project risks.
Confident, solution-oriented independent worker.
Must work effectively with managing different sets of business, technology and vendor stakeholders.
Proven problem solving and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability in team motivation and delegation.
PMP certification or equivalent experience is preferred or must be working toward certification.
Local to Cincinnati region is required. The primary hub is the BTC. Some travel to/from Client KPF headquarters will be required.
Some travel outside of Cincinnati region may be required.
Key Responsibilities
Become familiar quickly with KPF and KTD organization, ways of working and enterprise processes.
Understand individual KPF projects and ensure appropriate-levels of project management rigor are applied.
Establish and facilitate a KPF KTD project in-take process.
Establish and publish portfolio-level status reporting to key leadership stakeholders on a regular cadence. Included are project funding allocation and benefit realization considerations.
Establish and facilitate portfolio reviews with business, KTD Product leadership and key stakeholders.
Partner with KPF business and Product leads to ensure issues are being addressed in a timely fashion and priorities are understood.
Partner with dedicated KTD project managers to ensure individual project issues and risks are being communicated upward for resolution.
Manage overall project manager resource capacity levels.
Meeting coordination, facilitation and follow-up.
Create and track schedules, risks and issues, and budget (when applicable).
Develop risk mitigation plans and escalate decisions and unresolved issues as needed.
Maintain project portfolio communications with stakeholders at multiple levels.
