Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Nanny/Household Manager for the CEO's family. The Nanny will report directly to the CEO's wife and act as her "wing-woman" to manage all daily responsibilities of caring for the children and running the household. The Nanny will be responsible for childcare, meal prep, home organization, errands, and related household activities. Occasional travel required.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the children's safety and well-being through supervision and engaging activities.
- Create a stimulating and positive environment for learning and play.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks.
- Assist with personal hygiene and daily routines.
- Manage transportation to and from school and activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children.
- Collaborate with parents on schedules and children's needs.
- Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying rooms, etc).
- Run errands, schedule appointments, and other personal assistant-related tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous long-term childcare experience with references
- Patience, empathy, and an energetic attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Non-smoker
- Comfortable with pets
- Clean driving record and background check required
- Ability to travel, both domestic and international
- Certification in CPR and first aid is a plus
