Buffalo Biodiesel is seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist our corporate office in a wide range of general office duties and tasks. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in supporting and handling administrative and executive tasks. Must have the ability to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task.
- Reliable, hardworking, and motivated.
- Drug free
- Previous experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Available Administrative Positions:
- Contracts Administrator - Work with our inside and outside purchasing teams to ensure accurate reporting of executed contracts with suppliers.
- Fleet Tracking Administrator - Work with our fleet management team to verify accurate reporting of stops made by our vehicles.
- HR Clerk - Support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources team. Learn about procedures like employee onboarding, training and compensation.
- Projects Administrator - Track various administrative projects and their milestones throughout the company.
- Filing Administrator - Work with our contracts department to ensure compliance with contract procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with general office duties.
- Copying, organizing, and filing documents.
- Data entry and using excel.
- Mailing and postage.
