We are currently seeking an experienced dental assistant to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our practice.
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during the polishing process to ensure patient comfort and safety.
Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment in compliance with infection control protocols
Take and process dental X-rays, ensuring patient safety and accurate diagnostic outcomes
Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures, anticipating the dentist's needs and ensuring patient comfort
Communicate effectively with patients, explaining the coronal polishing procedure and addressing any concerns they may have.
Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment details, in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Ensure a clean and organized treatment environment, restocking supplies, and equipment as necessary

INDMICH
Requirements:
Coronal polishing and x-ray certifications required
1 year of experience as a dental assistant preferred
Familiarity with Dentrix, or other dental software systems preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
