Jira Application Administrator (100% Remote/Tempo Timesheets)
Optomi, in partnership with a large global enterprise company, is seeking a Jira Application Support Analyst to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Support large enterprise customer with a demanding SLA that spans across multiple time zones, countries etc.
- Analyzing, monitoring, and troubleshooting Jira workflows and dashboards
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with all parties.
- Troubleshoot complex distributed systems that involve Citrix, VDI, Linux server, AD, MFA, and MySQL Servers.
- Drive and collaborate across multiple business units to get provide solutions
