Administrative Assistant - $80k-$100k
A contemporary finance firm in Beverly Hills is seeking a skilled and professional Administrative Assistant. The chosen candidate will provide administrative and office management support, reporting to the EA to the CEO.
Responsibilities include calendar management, maintaining travel details, processing expenses, managing documents, ordering supplies, and handling personal assistant tasks as needed. The role also has special projects, including events.
This is a fully in-office (Monday through Friday) role and core business hours are 8:30am-5:00pm. Flexibility for some overtime is needed and will be paid.
In addition to a generous base salary ($80k-$100k), the role offers paid overtime, discretionary bonus, and stellar benefits.
To qualify, the firm is ideally targeting 5+ years of administrative support experience.
