Sr Manager, Employee Relations
Must Have:
- 7 years experience in Employee Relations
- Solid ER experience in Pharma industry, supporting functions in Commercial, Research, Manufacturing, Med Affairs, Regulatory and International
- Ability to work independently, cross functionally, multi-task, project management skills, excellent communication and report writing skills, and change agility
- Previously managed an ER team and high case volume
- Digital Literacy experience required including Microsoft, Workday, Analytic dashboarding
- Human resources experience, including experience implementing HR strategies, expertise in the areas of employee experience, talent mobility, organizational effectiveness, management development and change management
- Bachelor’s degree required
