Adalta Global are proud to be supporting our end client in their search for a Workday Integration Developer to maintain and grow the capabilities of their established Workday platform.
The role:
You'll play a key role in the maintenance, support and upgrades of the Workday HCM platform. You'll ensure the application's functionality, usability and future scalability is developed to a quality standard in-line with the expectations of the program sponsors and wider HR Department.
Responsibilities
- Participate in meetings to gather requirements from Workday end-user groups.
- Troubleshoot integration issues across HCM suite of products
- Set up new integrations usind Workday Studio, XSLT, XML, EIB's etc.
- You'll partner with members of both IT and HR/People teams to understand required enhancements of the platform in line with future R1 & R2 product releases
- You'll provide SME-level knowledge of the Workday integrations working with Product Owner
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience on Workday implementations.
- 5+ year career in Workday with demonstratable progression
- Pro Certifications across Integration verticals desired
