Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee assigned construction projects from inception to completion.
- Supervise all aspects of daily project activities.
- Ensure that work is executed according to contract specifications.
- Transition projects from the estimating team.
- Handle budgets, contracts, materials, and equipment.
- Be a team player and leader with a strong growth mindset.
- Commit to safety, quality, scheduling, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare contracts, coordinate on-site activities, ensure quality control, and monitor costs.
- Collaborate with Superintendents, vendors, and the procurement department to ensure accurate material coordination.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the construction industry.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain focus.
- Detail-oriented with an understanding of costs.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on sequencing and order.
- Proficient with computers and technology.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,395.34 - $120,000.00 per year
