Office Manager Support
Our Education client is seeking an Office Manager to join their team on a Contract basis. This role includes front desk management, communicating with families and administrative duties.
Location: Chicago, IL - Onsite M-F
Pay: $19 - $23

Main Duties and Responsibilities
The tasks are as follows (might change a bit over the time):
- Follow up (call/meet with/walk through) with families who did not complete the re-registration form.
- Call families day of the charter lottery to welcome/get families to accept seats.
- Follow up (call/meet with/walk through) with families to complete registration forms for new families
- Track progress of students completing registration process
- Ensure 100% completion/document upload for new students
- Ordering supplies
- Ordering business cards
- Listening to voicemails and distributing them out
- Handle the move logistics
