Its a 9 months contract role with global company!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Foster teamwork providing continuous improvement and innovation.
- Proactively identify training needs/gaps and develop action plans to address and mitigate risks
- Regularly communicate to keep management advised of assignment status, process changes and opportunities
- Assist in updating curricula where needed
- Partner with JOM team(s) in the design and development of training materials including knowledge assessments, instructional materials
- Support training of small and large groups as needed.
- Recommend innovative and effective training programs, delivery systems and assessment tools not currently in use.
- Recommend action plans to improve process documentation where needed
- Maintain training materials
- Assist process owners and document authors to identify training effectiveness evaluations for revised or new procedures
KNOWLEDGE SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
BA/BS,
Supply Chain /
MA/MS/MBA,
Information Technology
RELATED EXPERIENCE:
Five to 10 years Learning development experience with a strong working knowledge of a Document Management System and Warehouse Management System. Experience with adult education is desired.
The candidate must have effective interpersonal communication skills, teamwork experience, and show evidence of continuous improvement and innovation. Excellent verbal and written communications are a must.
Working knowledge in one or more learning technologies and tools (e.g Microsoft Office Suite, Articulate, Storyline, Adobe etc.), Microsoft SharePoint sites and databases.
