Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the pharmaceuticals industries, is seeking a SQL Developer on a contract to hire basis! This team is growing and need additional support for their exciting 2024-2025 initiatives!
Must have experience:
- SQL Skills
- Azure Data Factory
- Azure DevOps
- SSIS and SSRS (migrating from SSIS to ADF)
- Must be very detailed and analytical
- Problem solver (identify issues, analyze root causes, and come to a solution)
- Documentation documentation
- Communication Skills
Position Requirements
• Strong SQL Server and T-SQL development skills that include data analysis, query optimization and general best practices.
• Experience in the database design, development, implementation, troubleshooting and support of data solutions.
• Some experience with Azure Data and Analytics Solutions (Data Lake, Data Factory, Databricks, Azure DevOps etc.)
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain new data feeds and reporting deliverables that adhere to existing development standards.
• Work with our Client Services team to create and refine business requirements for new deliverables.
• Work with QA to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve any potential data issues with existing reports.
• Perform ad-hoc data pulls to support analyses
