About Us:
It is a prominent law firm specializing in personal injury litigation. We seek a dedicated Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support our legal team in managing and executing personal injury cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with case management, including organizing files and tracking deadlines.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents (e.g., complaints, motions).
- Prepare and file court documents, manage evidence, and support discovery processes.
- Communicate with clients, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Aid in trial preparation and perform administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-5+ years of Personal Injury law firm experience.
- Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software.
- Paralegal certification is a plus but not required.
