Looking for a strong and experienced EPM to closely work with the Desktop Engineering team in Austin.
- 5+ years experience in project management
- Detailed understanding of the SDLC
- An outstanding body of work demonstrating delivery of a wide variety of software solutions
- Experience in leading strategic, cross-functional, and technical projects
- Proven expertise in setting up operational procedures on monitoring, tracking, and metrics.
- Proven track record to influence and drive decisions with stakeholders in all levels.
- Flexible to handle change and concurrently manage multiple priorities on the roadmap.
- Must be able to brainstorm and communicate technology, ideas, and issues with peers and management
- Good technical acumen to gauge the effort estimation for features in a product and work closely with product and project managers to build the product roadmap
- Able to build a positive relationship with cross-functional organizations. Navigate and execute in an environment of ambiguity and lead teams to the successful delivery of solutions
Pay Range: $65/hr - $80/hr
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
