Responsibilities
Program Management
- Application through Interview Scheduling
- Enabling the Mentee / Mentor Matching Process
- Preparing for Program Kick-Offs, Monthly Workshops and Graduation including drafting all communications
- Ensuring a high level of participant satisfaction
Program Delivery
- Venue selection and management of all services
- Logistics support for on-line workshops (managed on Zoom)
- Manage Participant Communications
